Scooters are allowed to be ridden on sidewalks, bike lanes, green eco-lanes, and wherever bicycles are permitted (up and including streets). In accordance with Florida Statute 316.2128, wherever bicycles are allowed to go, so can personal mobility devices also known as PEVs.
